Welcome — I’m glad you’re here. Taking the first step toward mental health care can be challenging, and I honor your courage in doing so. At Nutmeg Wellness, I offer compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care with a focus on collaboration, respect, and inclusivity.

 

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). With over 10 years of experience in mental health, I provide comprehensive psychiatric assessment and medication management for adolescents and adults. I hold a master’s degree in psychiatric nursing from Yale School of Nursing and have trained in both hospital and outpatient settings.

 

My areas of clinical focus include depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, and co-occurring substance use disorders. I’m committed to lifelong learning and continuously update my knowledge to offer the most effective, culturally responsive care possible. 

 

I have a strong commitment to women’s mental health, including perinatal and postpartum support, as well as care for individuals navigating other hormonal changes and life transitions. I also provide LGBTQ+ affirming care in a safe, welcoming environment where clients of all gender identities and sexual orientations are seen and respected.

 

My background in community mental health informs my passion for expanding access to care and reducing stigma. In my other clinical roles I work to integrate psychiatric services into primary care settings and participate in program development, quality improvement, and clinical supervision. I also serve as a preceptor for psychiatric nurse practitioner students from Yale University.
